Saturday, September 1st, 2018 – Our 6th Annual Beer, Bison & Bluegrass Concert & BBQ FUNDRAISER

Entry Door: Ticket Sales and Will Call (4-8 people needed).

Silent Auction: Setup, monitoring, and award sales. 2-3 people needed.

Live Raffle: Ticket Sales & Drawings. 4 people needed.

Serving Staff:  6 needed

Security Staff: 4 needed

Beer Tasting Pourers: 6+ individuals needed. Training is provided. Enlist a friend and have some fun while serving responsibly!

Concession Counter Servers: 2-4 needed (cash handling experience necessary)

Games: 4 needed. Host guests at our games experience

Photo Booth:  Pose guests, Take, log and send photos.

Kitchen Prep on day prior: (9:00 am - 2:00 pm)

Set up crew on day prior (various shifts; we need heavy lifters !) 

Set up crew on day of event - we need heavy lifters !

Take down crew on day of event - we need heavy lifters !

Cleanup Crew on day of event (3-6 pm)
