Parents and Friends together with CV Starr Community Center proudly present Oktoberfest.Parents and Friends is a non-profit organization that has served people with developmental disabilities for over 60 years. They are dedicated to providing opportunities for persons with developmental challenges and similar needs to participate fully in our community and help them live an independent life. The CV Starr Community Center serves the entire coastal community by providing health recreational activities for all. CV. Starr offers classes for all ages and abilities, from helping little ones learn how to be safe in and around the water, exercise classes that help feed the body and mind, to Silver Sneakers and Arthritis Foundation Class to keep you in shape and prepared to handle everyday life activities. Whether on land or in the water the CV Starr Community Center has something for everyone. The CV Starr Community Center is also a great place to visit, while on vacation or just looking for an excuse to get out of the heat.

Collectively Parents and Friends along with the CV Starr Community Center serve all ages and abilities from small children to Senior Citizens and beyond.
